We will provide qualified professionals to fill ay position within your organization. For all teller positions, we will also include a 4 hour credit toward equipment training.

Temp-To-Hire
The Temp-To-Hire program is an excellent means of adding qualified members to your staff.

The opportunity to experience the employee's performance in the work place before extending an offer of permanent employment. (The employee remains an employee and the responsibility of Front Line Personnel Services).
The conversion fee for a Temp-To-Hire position is based on the hours worked by a team member. A Travel Team member must complete a minimum of 820 regular billed hours to be eligible for permanent placement with no additional fee.

Permanent
For permanent placements, our staff will conduct an extensive search, background investigation and reference check. You will be presented with a selection of candidates, and at your convenience, we will schedule the candidate's interviews.
We guarantee the performance of our candidate for a probationary period of ninety (90) days. If the employee resigns or is terminated or any reason, Front Line Personnel will replace the employee at no additional charge. If a suitable replacement is not found, the fee will be refunded on a prorated basis.
