Orientation Equals Learning and Fellowship
On Saturday, July 14th, Front Line new team members met at the Golden Corral for a “New Hire Orientation” that quickly turned into a fun time “Meet and Greet Luncheon”.
New team members were instructed in Front Line teller procedures, employee handbook, workplace etiquette, etc. Everyone participated in a “tricky” pop quiz covering teller procedures. A $10.00 gift card from Starbucks was presented to the person with the highest score. Congratulations Matt!
We had an awesome time coming together, so be on the lookout for more upcoming events.
